Mini Cocktail Roll-Ups
Not your average wrap. Combine cooked popcorn shrimp with baby spinach and cocktail sauce and serve rolled up in a wrap.

Ingredients
Gorton's seafood
8 oz Gorton’s Crunchy Popcorn Shrimp
2 cups of baby spinach
1/4 cup cocktail sauce
2 – 10″ wraps
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Gorton’s Crunchy Popcorn Shrimp according to package instructions.
Step 2
Evenly distribute cocktail sauce and spinach onto each wrap, roll up, place five toothpicks evenly across and cut five pieces leaving in toothpicks.
Step 3
Stand up rolls to display inside of wrap, top with cooked shrimp and serve immediately.
