1. Slightly char the tortilla on high heat.


2. Prepare fish sticks according to package directions.


3. On top of the tortilla add sliced avocado, corn pico, 2 fish sticks, red cabbage, queso
fresco and red onions.


4. Drizzle with sriracha mayo.


1. Mix all ingredients together and serve.

1/4 cup corn pico

1/4 avocado
1 tbsp crumbled queso fresco
1 tbsp pickled red onions
1 tbsp sriracha mayo


1 cup Roma tomatoes
1 cup black beans
1 cup charred corn
1/4 cup cilantro
1/8 cup lime juice
Salt & pepper to taste
