Creamy Cauliflower Mash with Crunchy Breaded Fish Sticks

Ingredients

20 Gorton’s Fish Sticks
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 ounces light cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Gorton’s Crunchy Breaded Fish Sticks according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook cauliflower in boiling salted water for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Drain well and transfer to a food processor. Add cream cheese, salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in chives. Serve with fish sticks.
Notes: For garlic cauliflower mash, cook 2 garlic cloves along with the cauliflower.
