Fish Stick Salad

3 cups mixed greens (butter lettuce, frisée, radicchio, arugula, pea shoots and micro greens)
2 tbsp green goddess dressing
2 shaved radishes
1 sliced celery
1 shaved candy cane beet
1/4 cup edamame
1/8 cup pomegranate seeds
1/8 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/8 cup walnuts
4 Gorton’s Fish Sticks
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the greens with green goddess dressing.
Step 2
Add radishes, celery, candy cane beets, edamame, pomegranate seeds, crumbled blue cheese and walnuts.
Step 3
Prepare Gorton’s Fish Sticks according to package directions.
Step 4
