Fish Taco Bowl

Packed with refreshing, healthy veggies and our Simply Bake Salmon, a Fish Taco Bowl always leaves room to add some of your own creativity and taste. Through Annie’s Window says to start by adding veggies, corn, black beans, mango salsa, sour cream, and lime to your salmon, and seeing where inspiration takes you from there.

Directions
1. Prepare Gorton’s Simply Bake Salmon according to the package directions, until reaching an internal temperature of 145°F or higher.
2. For the mango salsa, in a large bowl combine red onion, cilantro, lime juice, tomato, and sea salt. Mix to combine and set aside.
3. In two large bowls, layer your fish taco salad – romaine lettuce, corn, black beans, sour cream, mango salsa, cilantro and topped with baked salmon. Enjoy!

1 box Gorton’s Simply Bake Salmon
1 bag chopped romaine lettuce
½ cup kernel corn
½ cup black beans
¼ cup red onion, diced
¼ cup mango, diced
1 tbsp lime juice
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
½ tomato, diced
2 tbsp sour cream
