Lemon Dill Dijon Salmon Wrap

When life gives you Lemon Dill Dijon Dressing, add some wild-caught salmon, roll it up, and call it a delicious, light wrap like A Helicopter Mom.

Directions
- Lemon dill dijon dressing: Place all ingredients except for the yogurt in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Gradually fold in the yogurt until combined. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
- Salmon wrap: place tortillas on a flat surface and spread lightly with Lemon Dill Dijon Dressing. Place lettuce down the center of the wraps. Top with cucumber and strips of grilled salmon. Roll firmly to enclose filling. Cut in half to serve. Drizzle remaining dressing over the top of the wraps, or serve on the side for dipping.
