Maple Glazed Grilled Salmon Fillets

The name says it all. Flaky, moist salmon fillets paired with a sweet maple glaze is the perfect way to get everyone to the dinner table.


Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Arrange the fillets in a small baking pan. Whisk the maple syrup with the apple juice, orange juice, orange zest, brown sugar, salt, hot sauce, nutmeg and pepper. Brush half the mixture over the fish.
- Bake according to package instructions, ensuring the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 165 °F.
Tip: Serve with a green garden salad.
