Popcorn Shrimp Puff Pastry Poppers
30 minutes, 20 appetizers – easy as pie.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and cut 2/3 pastry sheet into 20 squares (3 cuts lengthwise into four strips, cut each strip into 5 pieces).
2. Place pastry squares onto large baking sheet with Gorton’s Crunchy Golden Popcorn Shrimp and bake for 15 minutes.
3. In the meantime, blend together cream cheese and cocktail sauce.
4. Place a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture onto each cooled puff pastry square along with 1-2 cooked shrimp and serve immediately.

4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup cocktail sauce
