Gorton's Popcorn Shrimp

For the flatbread:

1 cup Gorton’s Popcorn Shrimp

1 prepared flatbread crust or pizza dough

1/3 cup basil pesto

1 cup halved grape tomatoes

1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano

For serving:

Fresh chopped parsley or basil

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Gorton’s Popcorn Shrimp according to package instructions.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place flatbread crust on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.

Step 3

Spread pesto evenly over the flatbread. Top with grape tomatoes, sliced red onion, feta cheese, and Italian seasoning.

Step 4

Bake flatbread according to package directions, until heated through and slightly crisp on the edges.

Step 5

Top baked flatbread with crispy popcorn shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil. Slice and serve immediately.
