1. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and sauté onions and peppers for 5 minutes.
2. Add frozen Gorton’s Shrimp Scampi in a single layer to skillet and cook for 9 to 13 minutes, occasionally turning shrimp.
3. Blend tomatoes with the shrimp scampi, add linguine and top with desired amount of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
