Southern Fish & Chips
No one does comfort food quite like the south, just like no one does fish fillets quite like Gorton’s. The Frosted Petticoat was clearly wise to both those facts and put them together for this mouth-watering recipe for Southern Fish & Chips.
1. Place the Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets on a non-stick baking sheet and bake per the product instructions, until 165° or higher.
2. Place the olive oil at the bottom of the air fryer tray and throw in all the okra. Air fry for 20 minutes at 390°F.
3. While both the fish and okra are cooking, make the cheese garnish. Combine the parmesan, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
4. Once everything is cooked, remove and serve hot. Separate the okra and fish fillets onto four plates. Garnish with the parmesan mixture and top with garlic aioli. Enjoy!
