Directions

1. Place the Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets on a non-stick baking sheet and bake per the product instructions, until 165° or higher.

 

2. Place the olive oil at the bottom of the air fryer tray and throw in all the okra. Air fry for 20 minutes at 390°F.

 

3. While both the fish and okra are cooking, make the cheese garnish. Combine the parmesan, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.

 

4. Once everything is cooked, remove and serve hot. Separate the okra and fish fillets onto four plates. Garnish with the parmesan mixture and top with garlic aioli. Enjoy!

1 lb. of fresh okra

1 tbs. of olive oil

1/4 cup of garlic aioli

1/4 cup of parmesan cheese

1 tbs. of fresh thyme

1 tsp. of salt
