A fresh take on an original Italian classic.
1. Prepare Gorton’s All Natural Lemon Pepper Grilled Fillets according to package instructions.
2. In the meantime, mix together tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
3. Top cooked fillets with the tomato mixture and cheeses, broil until cheese is melted and serve immediately.
