1. Preheat oven to 425° F and bake Gorton’s Tilapia Roasted Garlic & Butter Grilled Fillets for 15 minutes.
2. In the meantime, heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, saute´ garlic for 3 minutes and remove from heat.
3. Blend lemon juice and crushed crackers with butter and garlic mixture.
4. Evenly distribute breadcrumb mixture amongst Tilapia fillets, bake additional 5 minutes or until topping is golden brown and serve immediately.
