1. Cook Gorton’s® Crunchy Butterfly Shrimp according to package directions until 145°F or higher.


For the Mango Chutney

1. Add diced mango to a pan over medium heat with diced onion, garlic and jalapeno. Cook until soft. Add brown sugar, cumin, salt and mix.


2. Once all ingredients are combined, transfer mixture from pan to a food processor. Add lime juice, zest and salt.


3. Blend until smooth. Serve alongside Gorton’s® Crunchy Butterfly Shrimp and enjoy!


For the Caribbean Green Sauce

1. In a food processor, add olive oil, celery stalks, parsley, cilantro, green onions, minced garlic, thyme leaves, fresno chili, lime juice and salt.


2. Blend until smooth. Serve alongside Gorton’s® Crunchy Butterfly Shrimp and enjoy!
