1. Cook Gorton’s Fish Fillets according to package instructions.

2. Lightly toast slider buns.

3. To make sauce, combine mayo with a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste

4. Assemble each slider with Gorton’s fish, a small handful of coleslaw mix, and roughly one tbsp of sauce

5. Serve and enjoy!
