Double Crunch Shrimp Caesar Salad with Homemade Dressing
Elevate a classic caesar with Gorton’s Double Crunch Shrimp and homemade dressing with this recipe from the Uncomplicated Chef. It’s your favorite salad but tastier, crunchier and more filling.

Ingredients

1 package Gorton’s Double Crunch Shrimp
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup toasted breadcrumbs
Lemon wedges (optional)
For the Homemade Caesar Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil (optional for thinner consistency)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the Double Crunch Shrimp according to the package instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. If you’d like a thinner consistency, whisk in the olive oil gradually.
Step 3
On a large bowl add the chopped romaine lettuce. Drizzle the salad generously with the homemade Caesar dressing. Toss gently to combine. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs over the salad.
Step 4
Place the cooked Double Crunch Shrimp on top of the salad, evenly distributing them.
