1 box of Gorton’s Butterfly Shrimp
Fresh mozzarella balls, drained
Cook Gorton’s Butterfly Shrimp according to package, until 145°F or higher.
Let shrimp cool and cut mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes into halves.
Start assembling: place toothpick into shrimp so that the top sticks through. Then, place mozzarella half and cherry tomato half on top of the toothpick.
Plate and enjoy!
