Shrimp Toast

Spread the Grub’s Shrimp Toast combines two savory and delicious favorites—Gorton’s crispy Beer Battered Shrimp and cheesy garlic bread. Baked on a base of crusty french bread with a dollop of marinara sauce and the irresistible crunch of Gorton’s Beer Battered Shrimp, this dish is finished with melty mozzarella cheese for the perfect combination of easy and delicious.

French bread
Marinara sauce
Garlic spread
Fresh mozzarella
Gorton’s Beer Battered Shrimp
Parsley (for garnish)

Preparation

Step 1

Slice French bread and spread garlic spread on top (about 1 teaspoon).

Step 2

Prepare a box of Gorton’s Beer Battered Shrimp according to package instructions.

Step 3

Add a tablespoon of marinara on top of the toast, then top with 3 cooked shrimp (with the tails cut off).

Step 4

Next, add 1/2 tablespoon of more marinara on top of the shrimp and top with 3 slices of fresh mozzarella.

Step 5

Add toast to the air fryer and fry at 375 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
