Air Fryer Shrimp Po’ Boy
Through Annie’s Window’s Gorton’s Shrimp Po’ Boy is an air fried staple. Just warm your favorite rolls and slather on the remoulade to make a simple, fast, melt-in-your-mouth masterpiece.
Ingredients
Gorton's seafood
1 box of Gorton’s Popcorn Shrimp
6 french rolls or brioche hot dog buns
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 large tomatoes, sliced
For the remoulade sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp horseradish
2 tbsp dill pickle relish
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp hot sauce
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for remoulade sauce and set on the side.
Step 2
Cook half of the bag of the Popcorn Shrimp in your air fryer at 400°F for 8 – 10 minutes, until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F or higher.
Step 3
Spread butter on french rolls and toast for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Fill french rolls with lettuce, tomatoes, Popcorn Shrimp, and drizzled remoulade sauce. Serve and enjoy!
