Bacon Shrimp Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
Gorton's seafood
1 box of Gorton’s Crispy Beer Batter Shrimp
1 package of bacon
5 jalapenos
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Gorton’s Crispy Beer Batter Shrimp according to package, until 145°F or higher.
Step 2
Set shrimp aside to cool. Cut jalapenos in half vertically and remove seeds so the pepper is hollow.
Step 3
Once cool, place shrimp within the hollow part of jalapeno and wrap in bacon. Assemble on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 400°F, and bake bacon-wrapped shrimp until crispy, around 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 5
Plate and enjoy!
