Buffalo Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

Gorton’s Air Fried Butterfly Shrimp
1 cup of buffalo sauce
Pico de Gallo
Blue cheese crumbles
Prepare an entire bag of Gorton’s Air Fried Butterfly Shrimp according to package instructions.
Coat the shrimp in 1 cup of buffalo sauce.
Place the shrimp back in the oven at 450 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
When the shrimp is done cooking, cut the tails off.
Take the leaves off of a head of butter leaf lettuce and make the wrap by adding 3 pieces of shrimp, a tablespoon of pico de gallo, yogurt, and a handful of blue cheese crumbles to each lettuce wrap.
