Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets over Parmesan Rice
This delectable bed of cheesy rice is the perfect base for a buttery, Grilled Fillet. A perfect go-to meal that can be enjoyed any time of day and year-round.
2 Gorton’s Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets
1 Tbsp butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup unprepared instant white rice
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Prepare Gorton’s Grilled Fillets according to package directions.
In the meantime, melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes and sauté onion and garlic for 3-5 minutes.
Add chicken broth, bring to a boil over high heat, add rice, remove from heat, cover, let stand 5 minutes, mix in cheese and parsley, place cooked fillets on rice and serve immediately.
