Grilled Fillets with Pasta Salad
Delicious Grilled Fillets on a bed of fresh pasta tossed with olive oil and tomato sauce. Pile on the feta cheese and olives then serve right away.
2 Gorton’s Lemon Butter Grilled Fillets
4 oz farfalle pasta
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cups tomato sauce
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
Prepare Gorton’s Lemon Butter Grilled Fillets and pasta according to package directions and cut each fillet into 6 pieces.
Toss pasta with olive oil and combine with tomato sauce, Feta cheese and olives, place fish pieces on pasta and serve immediately.
