Quick & Crispy Fish Sandwich

Say “Bun Voyage” to going out for fish sandwiches, and “Bunjour” to making them fresh from your own home, thanks to this quick and crispy recipe from Sarah Adams. Only a handful of ingredients packs a whole lot of taste.

Directions
1. Cook the Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets according to the package, or until 165° or higher.
2. Combine sweet onion, mustard powder, lemon juice, hot sauce, dill and sweet relish in a bowl. Whisk together for tartar sauce.
3. Assemble fillets, shredded lettuce and tartar sauce on brioche buns. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 bag of Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets
Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
Brioche Buns
Mayonaise
2 tbsp Minced Sweet Onion or Shallot
1/4 tsp dried Mustard Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 dashes of hot sauce
1 tbsp Dill Relish
1 tbsp Sweet Relish
