Rosemary, Lemon & Garlic Salmon
If there’s one thing Gennifer Rose has proven, it’s that there really is nothing like a classic flavor trio for a classic style salmon. Unless you’re pairing it with couscous. Or quinoa. Or a salad. Or—well, you get it.
Ingredients
Gorton's seafood
Gorton’s Classic Grilled Salmon Fillets
For the salmon rub:
Olive oil Fresh rosemary sprigs
Lemon juice from half a fresh lemon
Minced garlic
Pinch of sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Defrost the Gorton’s Classic Grilled Salmon fillet. Rinse, dry and set aside.
Step 2
In a separate bowl mix all the ingredients together to create a wet rub.
Step 3
In a glass air-tight container, let the salmon marinade inside the refrigerator for 30 minutes. You can leave it marinating longer for a more bold flavor.
Step 4
To cook the salmon fillet you can either pan-fry or bake in the oven.
Oven instructions – preheat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 15 – 17 minutes until salmon reaches temperature of 165° or higher.
