Rosemary, Lemon & Garlic Salmon

If there’s one thing Gennifer Rose has proven, it’s that there really is nothing like a classic flavor trio for a classic style salmon. Unless you’re pairing it with couscous. Or quinoa. Or a salad. Or—well, you get it.

Directions
1. Defrost the Gorton’s Natural Catch Classic Grilled Salmon fillet. Rinse, dry and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl mix all the ingredients together to create a wet rub.
3. In a glass air-tight container, let the salmon marinade inside the refrigerator for 30 minutes. You can leave it marinating longer for a more bold flavor.
4. To cook the salmon fillet you can either pan-fry or bake in the oven.
Oven instructions – preheat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 15 – 17 minutes until salmon reaches temperature of 165° or higher.

Serious about Sustainability
In the Alaska Pollock fishery, mid-water trawls are utilized, which include safety catches to allow any other wildlike that might be caught to escape.
