Simple Baked Salmon Sheet Pan
Move over, meat and potatoes! The Chicago Good Life is here with her Simple Baked Salmon sheet pan recipe; a light and healthy alternative to an old standby.
Ingredients
Gorton's seafood
1 box of Gorton’s Grilled Salmon
Bag of frozen broccoli
1 bag of petite medley potatoes, sliced
Sliced 1/2 red onion
Sliced 1/2 lemon
Squeezed 2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1/3 cup everything bagel seasoning
2 tbsp garlic powder red pepper flakes to taste
1/2 shredded parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Gorton’s Grilled Salmon according to package, until 155°F or higher.
Step 2
Bake the veggies for 25-30 minutes. Once cooked, squeeze lemon juice, season, and sprinkle parmesan on veggies.
Step 3
Serve with salmon and enjoy!
