Veggie & Shrimp Wrap with Spicy Sauce

Gorton’s Air Fried Butterfly Shrimp

10 Gorton’s Air Fried Butterfly Shrimp
2 flour tortillas
1 large tomato, cubed
1 Persian cucumber, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (or hot sauce)
1 teaspoon lime juice
Salt and pepper, to taste


Step 1

Prepare Gorton’s Air Fried Butterfly Shrimp according to package instructions.

Step 2

Mix the mayonnaise with the hot sauce and lime juice. Spread some of the sauce over the tortilla.

Step 3

Top with a handful of baby spinach, shredded cabbage, tomato, cucumber, and avocado.

Step 4

Top with the shrimp once ready.

Step 5

Fold two sides up and roll up tightly into a burrito. Repeat with the second tortilla. Slice in half and enjoy!
