Air Fried Fish Tacos with Slaw

Gorton’s Air Fried Fish Fillets

4 Gorton’s Air Fried Fish Fillets
1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
6 small flour tortillas
Lime slices and fresh cilantro to serve


Step 1

Cook the Gorton’s Air Fried Fish Fillets as directed on the package.

Step 2

For the slaw: mix the shredded cabbage, lettuce, carrots, and jalapeno with the mayonnaise, yogurt, and lime juice.

Step 3

Warm up the tortillas.

Step 4

Assemble the tacos by dividing the slaw evenly between each tortilla, and topping the slaw with the fish fillets (broken in pieces). Serve immediately.
