Air Fried Fish Tacos with Slaw
Cooking with Manuela knows that delicious meals don’t just need the right ingredients – they need the perfect combination of them. With less grease and oil thanks to our Air Fried Fish Fillets, this light meal packs a punch and really brings out all of the rich flavors of the ingredients.
1. Cook the Gorton’s Air Fried Fish Fillets as directed on the package.
2. For the slaw: mix the shredded cabbage, lettuce, carrots, and jalapeno with the mayonnaise, yogurt, and lime juice.
3. Warm up the tortillas.
4. Assemble the tacos by dividing the slaw evenly between each tortilla, and topping the slaw with the fish fillets (broken in pieces). Serve immediately.

1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
6 small flour tortillas
Lime slices and fresh cilantro to serve
