1. Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare shells according to package instructions.
2. In the meantime, combine ricotta, two-thirds of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, parsley and egg.
3. Spray a large rectangular casserole dish with non-stick spray and spread 1 cup of tomato sauce onto bottom.
4. Spoon ricotta mixture into each shell, top with 1 Gorton’s Classic Breaded Fish Sticks and place in casserole dish, cover with remaining sauce, mozzarella cheese, bake 35 minutes, let stand 5 minutes and enjoy!
