2. In a medium sized bowl, blend pancake mix, egg, milk, water and oil.

3. Dip sticks – one at a time – into batter. Coat with crushed pretzels pressing firmly to coat sticks.

4. Bake at 425°F 12 to 16 minutes, turning sticks over after 7 minutes.
