Signature Grilled Tilapia Cakes
These cakes are great with Tzatziki sauce or Ranch dressing! Like your favorite crab cakes, just with Grilled Tilapia.
Ingredients

2 Gorton’s Signature Grilled Tilapia Fillets
Non-stick cooking spray
2 Tbsp plus 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
1 Tbsp roasted tomatoes
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F and place Gorton’s Signature Grilled Fillets on counter for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Place slightly softened Tilapia fillets, 2 Tbsp Panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, roasted tomatoes, red bell pepper, salt and pepper into a food processor.
Step 3
Pulse until fish is coarsely chopped and form mixture into 4 equal size cakes.
Step 4
Coat both sides of cakes with remaining Panko crumbs and place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 5
Bake 15-20 minutes turning cakes after 10 minutes.
