Speedy Popcorn Shrimp Potato Skins
A great addition to a party or sports gathering, this appetizer can’t get much simpler or tastier.
Ingredients
Gorton's seafood
14 oz Gorton’s Popcorn Shrimp
8 toaster hash browns
2-2/3 cup cheese, shredded
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup cocktail sauce
6 Tbsp scallions, green portion only
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F, arrange Gorton’s Popcorn Shrimp and hash browns on baking tray.
Step 2
Bake 8 minutes, flip shrimp and hash browns, bake additional 8 minutes.
Step 3
Place ~10 cooked shrimp onto each hash brown, top each with 1/3 cup cheddar cheese, place under broiler until melted.
Step 4
Cut each ‘potato skin’ into 4 pieces, combine sour cream, cocktail sauce and 3 Tbsp scallions, top all the pieces with sauce and remaining scallions and enjoy!
