Lemon Honey Dressing:
½ cup of squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
¼ tsp salt

 

Salad:
Gorton’s Air Fried Fish Fillets (½ package)
½ cup of orzo
1 cup corn (frozen)
1 tomato (medium-sized, diced)
1 onion (medium-sized, chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Gorton’s Air Fried Fish Fillets according to package instructions.

Step 2

Prepare the dressing by whisking together the ingredients listed for the Lemon Honey dressing.

Step 3

Prepare orzo according to package instructions. Keep it aside.

Step 4
